FLORIDA ACTION NEEDED!!!
We need at least 1,500 people to call Senator Nelson! Please help fight the Fish & Wildlife takeover of our waters!
The Fish & Wildlife is pushing for greater control of Kings Bay, the home of the manatees.
The manatees have increased from 100 to over 500 because of the protection, restricting rules, and regulations that are already in place. The manatees are outgrowing this refuge. Other solutions need to be found.
The Fish & Wildlife now wants to impose greater restrictions that will not solve the problem. We believe that their aim is to control the fish and wildlife, in addition to the use of the land that surrounds this area, and the people that live here and visit. They are dictating more rules and regulations that we believe should only come from Congress and not a government agency.
Private property rights are being eroded in this area.
We are pushing back. Our U.S. House of Representative is against these new rules and plans on taking whatever congressional action is appropriate to protect property owners. The County Commissioners and the City Council are also fighting against this.
If we allow them to win, their powers will be felt throughout Florida and the country.
Senator Nelson is in favor of these new rules and regulations. He has received 1,500 e-mails from Floridians and other countries asking for the 'protection of the manatees'. As I stated previously, the manatee are multiplying - they are being protected.
We need citizens throughout Florida and the country, to also send e-mails to Senator Nelson Senator Rubio, and Representative Nugent stating that this is an overreach by the Fish & Wildlife. It is unconstitutional for the Fish & Wildlife to create these restrictive policies. Only Congress has the power to create laws and not a government agency.
Please help us win this fight. As most of us know, this is all part of the United Nations' Agenda 21 and Sustainability. This is a battle that we are fighting everyday in our community. If we lose, we will only be empowering this government agency to continue its discriminatory policies throughout Florida and the country that only favors the environment while trampling property rights and freedoms.
CONTACT INFORMATION (I'm providing more contact information for Sen. Nelson since he happens to be the most difficult to reach. He does this intentionally)
